I actually had a pretty good day today. I spoke with a friend of mine, that I haven't spoken to in a while, Dayna. She always makes me laugh. We have this friendship that spans something like 23 years! (WOW! - Did I just admit that?? LOL) It's great to catch up with friends and take your mind of your own troubles. We chatted for about 2 and a half hours as only we could, laughing, cracking jokes and playing catch-up in each others lives. I really needed that this weekend. I'm grateful for her in my life.

I'm about to head into another week. Let's see what it brings.
